Yuh Ming is an Institutional Support Manager – Evaluation and Rankings, overseeing the delivery of global evaluation and rankings services. She works closely with product, framework, and data teams to enhance workflows, data integrity, and user experience for institutions worldwide. With experience in rankings delivery and product operations, she brings a user-centred and metrics-driven approach to improving institutional engagement and service delivery. Fluent in English, Chinese, and Malay, Yuh Ming supports institutions through effective collaboration and operational excellence. |
