He is a frequent speaker, mentor, and facilitator on topics like human development, entrepreneurship, and the future of learning, often contributing to podcasts and panels. Michael holds a BA in Psychology from the University of Michigan, an MS in Sport Psychology from Michigan State University, and a PhD in Educational Psychology from the University of Kansas.
