Our Panel Member - Florence Webb

Florence is the Rankings Manager at QS. Prior to joining QS, Florence worked in strategic leadership roles within the higher education sector in the UK and Switzerland for over ten years. Florence’s expertise lies in Strategy and Planning, Accreditation and Quality, and Stakeholder Management. Florence holds a MA (Distinction) in Applied Linguistics from Birkbeck, University of London, and a BA Modern Languages from the Durham University.  

Our Panel Member - Yuh Ming Yap

Yuh Ming is an Institutional Support Manager – Evaluation and Rankings, overseeing the delivery of global evaluation and rankings services. She works closely with product, framework, and data teams to enhance workflows, data integrity, and user experience for institutions worldwide. With experience in rankings delivery and product operations, she brings a user-centred and metrics-driven approach to improving institutional engagement and service delivery. Fluent in English, Chinese, and Malay, Yuh Ming supports institutions through effective collaboration and operational excellence.

Our Panel Member - Kendrick Ng

A data engineer at QS, specialising in the production of global rankings, playing a pivotal role in ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and efficiency of data systems that power QS’s renowned university and institution rankings. I am responsible for the end-to-end data pipeline, from gathering vast datasets from universities and research institutions, to cleaning, transforming, and validating this data for analysis.

Our Panel Member - Sam Duke

A rankings specialist with experience running and marketing magazines, guides, and qualitative and quantitative research projects, including rankings and awards, across a variety of sectors. Responsible for the design of the QS Rankings methodologies and frameworks, and building their influence through sector engagement and partnerships.
