Esteban Veintimilla first recognized the gap between higher education and industry demands during his tenure at the University of Waterloo. Motivated by this challenge, he founded 1Mentor with the ambitious goal of harnessing artificial intelligence to enable higher education institutions to keep pace with the rapid advancements in industry. Following QS' acquisition of 1Mentor, Esteban is now the Director of Product, Employability at QS Quacquarelli Symonds.
